getting to scilly
The Isles of Scilly are situated 28 miles South West of Land's End. There are 140 islands, some no bigger than a rock, but only five are inhabited. The largest is St Mary's. Tresco, St Martin's, St Agnes and Bryher, are all reached by boat. There are a fleet of launches which take visitors between these islands. The islands enjoy a temperate maritime climate, so are an excellent year round destination.
Flights operate regularly to St Mary's from Land's End, Newquay and Exeter Airports. A shuttle bus operates to and from Land's End Airport and Penzance Railway Station.
Passenger ferry operates Monday to Saturday from March to November (Sunday in high season) from Penzance to the Isles of Scilly. The harbour is within walking distance from Penzance Rail Station and there is nearby parking provided by
