getting to scilly

The Isles of Scilly are situated 28 miles South West of Land's End.  There are 140 islands, some no bigger than a rock, but only five are  inhabited. The largest is St Mary's. Tresco, St Martin's, St Agnes and Bryher, are all reached by boat. There are a fleet of launches which take visitors between these islands. The islands enjoy a temperate maritime climate, so are an excellent year round destination.
